“Ladi's Vineyard” Cabernet Sauvignon was hand picked and cluster selected by the winemaker creating the most complex and intense Cabernet that this vineyard has ever yielded. Whole cluster pressed for intense fruit flavor and aged for over 22 months in 50% new French oak for balance and structure, this wine is rich, and concentrated. With spicy currant, black cherry, and green peppercorns coupled with ripe and velvety tannins, the finish is long and silky smooth. Only 250 cases made.
