• Tables and chairs
• Podium, microphone, full audio system with inside/outside speakers and microphone hookups
• Overhead projector with screen
• Winery personnel for set-up and clean-up of tables, chairs and linens
• Winery staff for beverage service

Paradise Ridge provides a fully-equipped catering kitchen. Caterer’s are charged a kitchen use fee of $2 per person and a linen fee of $3 per person.

• Separate lunch or dinner set-up $2 per person
• Time before 8 a.m. or after midnight $75 per hour additional

Beverages
Paradise Ridge Winery produces outstanding wines; Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon & Zinfandel, plus a wonderful Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine. The average beverage cost is approximately $14 per person for a four hour event, which includes, wine, beer, champagne & soft drinks. This is an average only, the final amount is based on the amount consumed.
