2013 Late Disgorge Sparkling Wine, Russian River Valley
This Paradise staff favorite is the first Late Disgorge Sparkling we have produced.
Produced from 100% Russian River Valley Chardonnay in the traditional Methode Champenoise, this finished wine was worth waiting for.
The Bazzano Vineyard is located on the low lying Santa Rosa plain in the heart of the Russian River Valley. This site is heavily influenced by the cooling onshore winds from the Pacific Ocean, but more specifically by the early morning fog pattern which is driven from the south and can often remain until the late morning; especially during the critical ripening months of late summer.

This actually is Paradise…. Our guests were so amazed at how beautiful everything was. We were all able to enjoy the scenery of the day, the sunset, and the glory of the lights at night. It doesn’t get much better than this! Thank you Paradise Ridge for a beautiful wedding.
One of the Top 10 Cellar Doors (Tasting Rooms) in California
At the intimate Paradise Ridge tasting room in Kenwood, tasting room manager Annette McDonnell, a former chef, likes to guide visitors through a 75-minute sensory wine and food exercise with the goal of helping them relax about pairing
Visitors are encouraged to wander down from the tasting room and then meander in no particular order among natural paths lined only in low fieldstones smothered with moss.
Thanks from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day so very perfect and beautiful. It greatly exceeded our expectations!
